Filed on August 25th, a complaint against THQ's stock option grant practices was submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of the prosecuting company.
THQ is known for their Nickelodeon to video game adaptations, such as SpongeBob Squarepants. Executives from THQ state that they are "reviewing the lawsuit and will respond appropriately".
To make matters a little thicker, THQ had received a request from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for documents and information related to its stock option grant practices back on Jan. 1, 1996.
